Peer Mentoring
Peer Mentoring
ILRCSF’s Peer Mentoring Program connects individuals with disabilities to mentors who have shared experiences and can provide guidance, support, and practical advice. This program fosters a supportive community where participants can learn from each other, share resources, and develop strategies for independent living. Mentors can help mentees set and achieve personal goals, navigate challenges, and build self-advocacy skills. Through one-on-one sessions and group activities, the Peer Mentoring Program promotes personal growth, empowerment, and a sense of belonging.
For more information about this program and how to get involved, please contact Brianna Sendziak at Brianna@ilrcsf.org.
