ILRCSF now hosts in-person activities every Friday. Join us for a rotating lineup of crafts, games, movies, music, socializing, and more!
It’s a great way to unwind, get creative, and connect with others in the community. Whether you’re in the mood for something hands-on or just want to socialize, there’s always something happening.

The instructor, Julia, has been working for yoga studios, public schools, nursing homes and privately for over 25 years. She offers chair yoga, and movements that can be done in bed. Julia’s classes encourage a mindful flow of movement and breath. She will guide you through gentle yoga sequences, which help promote greater relaxation, strength, and flexibility. She works with compassion and sensitivity to each student’s individual physical and emotional needs.

This class combines gentle yoga stretching and postures with Qi gong movement meditation, and yin massage (self massage). Qi gong is very gentle movement meditation that tunes one into the energy inside the body. The movements are low impact, flowing, organic, and help to promote healing, calm and balance, relieve arthritic joints and relax the nervous system. Modifications will be provided to those who are in a chair or in bed.
