ILRCSF provides services as identified by the consumer. ILRCSF advocates for individuals who experience disability-related barriers or discrimination, and also advocates to promote needed systems and community change so people with disabilities have full access to services, physical structures, and activities. Our core services focus on assistive technology, wheelchair and mobility device repair and maintenance, housing, economic empowerment. We also run workshops and presentations on a variety of topics such as:  Emergency Preparedness and Response, Stretching Your Dollar,  The IEP Process and How To Be Your Child’s Strongest Advocate, etc. For more information about any of these programs and services, please contact us.

ILRCSF is wheelchair accessible and provides reasonable accommodations on request, including ASL interpreters and print information in alternative formats. ILRCSF is a scent-free office in order to be fully accessible to all people with disabilities. Please do not wear any scented products including perfumes, aftershave, hairspray, etc. to any meetings, groups, or workshops held at or by ILRCSF.

These programs serving the community are funded by the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services

Don't Know Where to Start?

Options Counseling (OC) is a core service at ILRCSF that can benefit you if you have multiple questions around your long term care needs, how to continue to live in your home sustainably, how to receive necessary services in the community.

OC is also available for people residing in nursing homes who want to know more about their options for transitioning back into the community.

OC is a decision-support process in which a counselor helps you map out your goals and provides you with referrals to take action.

To get an Options Counseling appointment, please call our main number 415-543-6222 or send an email to: info@ilrcsf.org.
