This engaging 2-day virtual workshop is designed for people with disabilities of all ages, as well as older adults aging in place who want to continue living safely, comfortably, and independently at home.
Across two interactive sessions (each 1.5–2 hours), you’ll explore practical, evidence-informed strategies to help prevent falls and build confidence in your daily life. Together, we’ll identify common household hazards and share simple, low-cost, or no-cost ways to make your home safer and more supportive.
