Come to this drop-in session to learn about the new sfHealthConnect Portal, which is a centralized way to access your medical records, including lab tests and medication, see appointments scheduled with your doctors, and more. It gives you the ability to have more knowledge and agency about your healthcare, and this is also a good opportunity to talk with those developing the system about your needs and experiences.
