Join us for ILRCSF’s new Virtual Social Club — a weekly online space for conversation, peer connection, and community building. This group blends light peer support with open social time, giving participants a consistent place to connect with others.
Each week includes:
- Welcome & community agreements
- Brief check-in and (optional) light grounding exercise
- Prompt-based sharing (e.g. “Something good this week,” “One challenge”)
- Topic-based group discussion
- Social hour with open conversation, games, or creative activities
- Closing check-out
