The San Francisco Community Partnerships are a collaboration of community agencies,
advocates, and nonprofit organizations focused on serving the African American, Asian
and Pacific Islander, Latino, and LGBT communities, with ongoing support and
sponsorship from the Department of Aging and Adult Services.
