Join us for the ILRCSF Virtual Social Club, a monthly Zoom gathering focused on conversation, reflection, and community connection. This is a welcoming, low-pressure space to spend time with others—whether you enjoy sharing, listening, or simply being present.
This Month’s Theme: Looking Back, Looking Ahead
Together, we’ll gently reflect on the past year and think about the year ahead, including:
- What do you want more of in your life?
- What do you want less of?
- Is there a word, phrase, or intention you’d like to carry forward?
What to Expect
- Welcome and optional grounding
- Light check-in and conversation prompts
- Group discussion and shared reflection
- Relaxed social time and gentle wrap-up
Optional Materials
You may want to have paper and a pencil or other writing tool handy. If that’s not accessible, you’re welcome to use your phone, tablet, or computer—or simply reflect quietly.
