BART is seeking your input on the future of their escalators and entrances at Powell and Civic Center stations.
They are considering changes to make the BART experience more comfortable. BART knows that signage, escalator performance, and lighting are issues. They are also considering safety, sustainability, usability, appearance, and the overall customer experience at the station entrances.
