The Arc San Francisco
180 11th Street
San Francisco, California
94103

Did you know as many as half of the people killed by police across the United States have a disability?
Do you want to be part of the solution?

Join a coalition of leading organizations in the disability community in
a conversation with San Francisco law enforcement, as we explore the
issues of use of force, accommodating disability in law enforcement,
and the intersectionality of race and disability. Through productive
dialogue, we hope to build understanding and open up lines of
communication between our groups.
Speakers:
• SFPD Chief William Scott
• Mesha Monge-Irizarry, Idriss Stelley Foundation
• Additional speakers to be announced
Light refreshments served.
The Arc is wheelchair accessible. If you require accommodations to participate,
please email fdrdems@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the event.

This event is sponsored FDR Democratic Club for Seniors and People with Disabilities in Partnership with Independent Living Resource Center San Francisco, The Arc San Francisco, and Senior and Disability Action.
