    Request from Disability Rights California to IHSS Recipients and Providers

    New federal rules require that In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) workers receive overtime pay starting on January 1, 2015.  California has limited the amount providers can work each week to 61 - 66 hours, with no exceptions.
