Hours

ILRCSF staff conduct all initial consumer assessments by telephone, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm.

Office hours are by appointment. 

Grievance and Policy Procedure

If you have a complaint about the services you are receiving within this program, you have a right to pursue the following corrective steps:

  1. First Step – Report your service complaint with the Program Director at the site. At ILRCSF, this would be Lana Nieves (Lana@ilrcsf.org or 415-543-6222). If this does not result in an improvement in the service you have a right to pursue the next step.
  2. Second Step – Phone the San Francisco Office on the Aging at 415-355-3555 to report your service complaint. Exercise your consumer satisfaction rights. Remember you have a right to consumer satisfaction and you have a right to these steps in your grievance process.
