The instructor, Julia, has been working for yoga studios, public schools, nursing homes and privately for over 25 years. She offers chair yoga, and movements that can be done seated or while in bed. Julia’s classes encourage a mindful flow of movement and breath. She will guide you through gentle yoga sequences, which help promote greater relaxation, strength, and flexibility. She works with compassion and sensitivity to each student’s individual physical and emotional needs.
