Interwoven Traditions: A Weaving Workshop
Archaeological evidence suggests weaving was universally known to all major human civilizations. Today, it remains both a vibrant art form and a cornerstone of textile production.

This workshop was such a hit the first time that we’re bringing it back! Whether you joined us before and want to deepen your skills, or you’re brand new to weaving, you’re invited to explore this timeless technique in a welcoming, hands-on setting.

Get inspired by the contemporary woven works featured in Ruglife (on view through April 20, 2025), try your hand at this traditional craft, and take home a loom of your own!

Location: 825 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA

Limited Spots Available: Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your spot now!

To RSVP, please contact Brianna Sendziak at Brianna@ilrcsf.org, or (415) 543-6222, ext. 1103. Include:
