DEAF SERVICES


ILRCSF provides services for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired Persons while simultaneously advocating for communications access for these individuals. Assistance and support are available to individuals who wish to access a variety of agency services, including housing counseling and applying for emergency housing funds; Assistive Technology (AT); information regarding medical and financial benefits, In Home Support Services (IHSS) and HMO rights; information and referral; and individual advocacy. Work with individual consumers is carried out utilizing American Sign Language (ASL), English, CA Relay Service, Web Cam-technology, and a dedicated TTY line.
